(1) The Corporation shall, within the limits of its capacity, supply or provide for the supply of— . filtered and unfiltered (a) filtered water in all parts of Chandernagore for domestic water. purposes, and (h) unfiltered water for the purpose of street-watering, flushing of municipal drains, public privy and urinals, gully pits and extinguishing fire. (2) Notwithstanding the provisions of sub-section ( I), the Corporation may supply filtered water and unfiltered water for any other purpose on such terms and conditions as may he provided by regulation made by it in this behalf.
