Chandernagore shall vest in the Corporation. sub-soil water (2) No person shall sink a tubewell in Chandernagore except with resources. the prior permission of the Chief Executive Officer. (3) The Chief Executive Officer may grant such permission on such terms and conditions as may be determined by regulation.
