after section 65, the following section shall be inserted, namely : — "Chief Executive GSA. (1) The Corporation shall Officer. appoint a suitable person for such period as it thinks fit to be the Chief Executive Officer and shall fix the salary and allowances to be paid to the person so appointed. (2) The appointment, salary, allowances and condi- tions of service of the Chief Executive Officer shall be subject to the approval of the State Government. The Chief Executive Officer may at any time be removed from office for reasons to be recorded in a resolution of the Corporation passed by not less than two-thirds of the total number of its members holding office for the time being at a meeting specially convened for the purpose and approved by the State Government.";
