The Calcutta University Institute (Taking over of Management of Auditorium) Act, 1985, as in force on the 30th day of November, 2000 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), is hereby re-enacted subject to the modification that for sub-section (1) of section 3, the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely :— "(1) On and from the appointed day, and for a period of thirty years thereafter, the entire management and control of the Auditorium shall, by virtue of this Act, vest in the State Government".
