The Calcutta University Act, 1966. 3 •If of 1966.] (Chapter H.—The University and its pourers.—Seetions 3, 4.) !(18) "Teacher" means a Professor, Reader, Lecturer or • any other person, holding a teaching post, appointed or recognized by the University or appointed by an affiliated college or institution; :(19) "Teacher of the University" means a Professor, Reader, Lecturer or any other person, holding a teaching post, appointed or recognized as such by the University ; .(20) "the University" means the University of Calcutta as constituted under this Act;.
