(1) The Senate shall have power to suspend or with- draw the recognition or affiliation of any College which in the opinion of the Senate is not being conducted in accordance with the conditions prescribed, provided that no such action shall be taken in this matter without considering the views of the Syndicate and without affording the manage- ment of such College an opportunity of making such repre- sentation as it may deem fit. (2) The Syndicate shall have power to suspend or with- draw the recognition of any Hostel which is not being con- ducted in accordance with the conditions prescribed, pro- vided that no such action shall be taken without affording the management of such Hostel an opportunity of making such representation ae it may deem fit.
