(1) The Chairman or, in his absence, a member of the panel of Presiding Officers nominated under seclion 93 shall preside at every meeting or the Corporation: Provided that when a meeting is held to consider a motion for lhe removal of the Chairman, the Chairman shall nol preside at such meeiing. (2) In the abscnce of the Chairman and all members of Ihe panel of the Presiding Officers as aforesaid from a meeting of the Corporation, the elccied members present shall elect From amongst them selves one member lo preside over the meeting.
