If any melhor or other employee of the Corporation referred to in seclion 342 withdraws from his dulies in contravention of lhe provisions of that seclion. he shall, on conviction, be punished wilh simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to fifty rupees or wilh both and be liable to forfeit any salary that may be due lo him. 878 The Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, J9S0.
