Whenever under this Acl any applicalion, appeal or reference to a Couri of Small Causes having jurisdiction is settled by agreement between the parties concerned before hearing of such applicalion, appeal or reference, half lhe amount of any fee paid by any of such parlies under sub-seclion (2) of seciion 576 shall be repaid by lhe Coun lo such party.
