(1) If any expenses are lobe recovered or are incurred on account of any work mentioned— (a) in section 292, scclion 294 and section 295, or (b) in the rules or the regulations made under this Act, lhe Corporation may, if il thinks fit, declare such expenses lo be improvement expenses. (2) A register shall be maintained by Lhe Municipal Commissioner showing all expenses declared lo be improvement expenses under this seciion, and such register shall be open to inspection by any person upon payment of such Tee as may, from lime io lime, be determined by the Corporation.
