(1) Every improvement schcme shall, as soon as may be after il has been framed, be submitted by the Municipal Commissioner for approval lo the Corporation, and the Corporaiion may cither approve the scheme wilhoul modifications or wilh such modifications as it may consider neccssary or reject lhe scheme with directions lothe Municipal Commissioner to have a fresh schemc framed according to such directions. (2) No improvement schcme approved by the Corporation under sub-section (1) shall be valid unless il has been sanctioned by the State Government.
