The Municipal Commissioner may by notice require any owner or manager of a markel, theatre, railway station, transport terminal and any olher place of public resorl wiihin such time as may be specified in such noiicc to provide and mainiain for the separate use of persons of each sex lairines and urinals of such description and number and in such position as may be specified in the nolice and lo keep lhe same in clean and proper order.
