(1) The Municipal Commissioner may from lime lo lime— (a) set apart portions or any river or oilier suitable place vesting in the Corporalion for use by lhe public for bathing or for washing animals or for washing or drying cloihes; (b) specify the times al which and the sex of persons by whom any such place may be used; (c) prohibit, by public notice, the use by the public, for any oT lhe purposes as aforesaid of any place nol so set apart; (d) prohibit by public nolice the use by lhe public of any portion of any river or place not vesting in the Corporation for any such purpose; (e) regulate by public nolice the use by the public of any portion of any river or other place vesting in lhe Corporalion and set apart by him for any such purpose; and CD regulate by public noiicc the use by lhe public of any portion of any river or other place nol vesting in ihe Corporation for any such purpose or of any work or wuicr in any work, assigned and set apart under this Act for any particular purpose.
