(t) If, in the opinion of lhe Municipal Commissioner, any person is suffering from a dangerous disease and is wilhoui proper lodging or accommodation or is lodged in such manner that he cannot be effectually isolated to prevent llie spread of any infection, and the Municipal Commissioner considers thai such person should be removed loahospilal or to a placc at which pa Lien is suffering from such disease are received for medical treatment, he may direct orcausc Lhe removal of such person lo sueh hospital or placc; Provided thai any cosi incurred for such removal or for treatment of such person shall be bome by the Corporalion: Provided further lhat if such person is a fem.tlc, she shall nol be removed LO such hospital or place if there is no accommodation Lherc for females. (2) Every direction under sub-section (1) shall be obeyed by ihe person to whom such direction is given.
