(1) No person shall, wilhoui Lhe written permission or Lhc Municipal Commissioner under sub-section (2),— (a) make any vault or grave or inlerment within any wall, or underneath any passage, porch, portico, plinth or verandah, or any place of worship; (b) make any interment or otherwise dispose of any corpse in any place which is closed under section 465; (c) build, dig, or cause to be builL or dug any grave or vault, or in any way dispose or, or suffer or permit to be disposed of, any corpse at any place which is not regislered under ihis Chapter; (d) exhume anybody from anyplace for the disposal of the dead except under the provisions oT the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, orany other law for the time being in force, (2) The Municipal Commissioner may in special eases grant permission for any of Ihe purposes as aforesaid, subjeci Lo such general or special orders as ihe Slate Government may from lime to time make in Lhis behalT. (3) Any contravention or lhe provisions or sub-section (1) shall be deemed to be a cognizable offence wiihin lhe meaning or lhc Code or Criminal Procedure,
