(1) If, at any lime after personal inspeclion, the Municipal Commissioner is of the opinion that any place formerly used for lhe disposal of the dead, which has been closed under the provisions of lhis Chapier or under any other law or authority, has by lapse or lime become no longer injurious lo health and may wilhoul inconvenience or risk or danger be again used Tor ilie said purpose, he may submit his opinion as aforesaid with the reasons therefor to the Mayor-in-Council. 23Sct' fom-nolc 2 nil ni"r (mrr. 822 The Kolkaia Municipal Corporation Act, 1980.
