The application shall also contain informal ion as regards llie name of ilie owner or person or community interested therein, Lhe sysicm of management and such further particulars as Lhc Municipal Commissioner may require. (3) The Municipal Commissioner may, on rcccipt of such application and plan, register the said place in a register which shall be kept Tor this purpose. (4) The Municipal Commissioner shall cause to be deposiied in the officc of the Corporation at the lime of registration lhe plan referred lo in sub-seclion (2). (5) If Lhe Municipal Commissioner is not sal is Tied with Lhe plan or statement or particulars, lie may refuse or postpone registration until his objections have been removed. (6) Every placc vesting in the Corporation or a Board appoinicd by the State Government for adminisiration of such place used for burying, burning or otherwise disposing of the dead shall be regislered in lhc register kept under sub- seclion (3) and shall be classified as public or privnie, and a plan showing Lhe locality, extent and boundaries thereof and bearing ihe signature of an officer authorised by the Municipal Commissioner in Ihis behalf shall be deposited in the office of the Corporation.
