When llie right of user in any (and in or around any bustee vests in lhc Corporalion under sub-section (5) of section 446, il shall be lawful for any person aulhorised hy the Corporalion in ihis behalf to cnler into or upon sucli land and do all things necessary for implementation of the improvement scheme in rcspect of such bustee.
