(I) The Corporation may by regulations determine any class or classes of buildings in lhe cases of which Lhe Municipal Commissioner shall nol sanclion any building plan except in conformity with the regulations framed by the Corporation for construction on lhe premises of receptacles for temporary deposit of solid wasles. (2) The Corporation may by regulations determine the types, materials of construction or designs on the basis of which such receptacles, trailers or olher means for removal or solid wastes may be constructed and where these may be located in any premises, and lhe person applying for sanclion of building plan shall be bound Lo construct lhe same accordingly.
