The Municipal Commissioner or any officer of lhe Corporalion authorised by the Municipal Commissioner in writing may, between sunrise and sunsei, enier any premises supplied wiih water by the Corporation in order to examine if there be any waste or misuse of such water and Lhe Municipal Commissioner or such officer shall nol be refused admillancc lo lhe premises or obstructed by any person in making his examination.
