(]) (Jnfillorcd waler shall be used Tor lhe following purposes:— (a) extinguishing of fire; (b) slreel w.ncring; (c) flushing of drains of lhe CorporaLion, gully-pils, public privies and urinals: (2) Unfiliered waler may also be used.
