(I) No water pipe shall be laid in a drain or on ihe surface of an open channel or house gully or wilhin twetuy feet of a cesspool or in any position where lhe pipe is likely to be injured or lhe water therein polluted; and no well or lank and, except wilh the consent of lhe Municipal Commissioner, no cistern shall be constructed wilhin twenty feet of a latrine or cesspool. (2) No latrine or cesspool shall be constructed or made wilhin tweniy feel of any well, lank, water pipe or cislern or in any position where pipe, well, lank or cistern is likely io be injured or the water therein polluted.
