Maps of underground utilities. 19 of im different minimum widths for footpaths which arc adjacent to lhe public streets under category I, calegory II and calegory HI so as noL lo be less than 1.5 metres on each side in any ease; Provided lhat more than one minimum width may be specified for lhe fooipaih abutting cach calegory of public sirce; so as to provide for different requirements owing lo different abutting laud uses: Provided further thai while prescribing or revising any regular line of a public street, it shall be stipulated thai lhe minimum width specifications for footpaths shall be complied with. (3) The minimum widths referred to in sub-section (2) may be revised by the Mayor-in-Council.
