(I) Objections tiled under seclion !86 shall be eniered in a register maintained tor the purpose in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) On the dale, lime and place specified under suh-seclion (3) or sub-section (4) of scclion IS4 and after giving the person filing ihe abjections an opportunity of being heard, eiiher in person or through an authorised ageni, the ollicer appointed under seclion 187 shall deiermine lhe objections. (3J When an objection has been determined, the order in this behalf shall be recorded in the register maintained under sub-.sceiion (1) wilh lhe dale, and a copy of the order shall be supplied within 3[thirty days] thereof '"[lo the person filing ihe objection] in such form and manner as may be prescribed.
