Where an amount is certified under sub-section (I) of scclion Payment of 164 to be due from any person, such amount, or where such person ^"o^/ proceeds under section 165, such amouni as the Court or the State Government, as lhe case may he, may dccide io be due from such person, shall be paid wiihin three months from lhe dale of ceriificate under subsection (1) of scclion 164, or. as the case may be, wiihin such period nol less than three months from lhe dale of such decision as lite Court or the State Government, as the case may be, may allow and in the ease of default of payment, the amouni shall be recoverable by the Municipal Commissioner as an amouni decreed by ihe Court of Small Causes of '[Kolkata J. 652 The Kolkaia Municipal Corporation Acl, 1980.
