(I) The Corporation shall refer all reports received under section 161 to ilie Municipal Accounls Coriimiliee for iis examination and repon under section 10. (2) The report of the Municipal Accounls Commiliee shall be discussed at a meeiing of the Corporaiion for such decision as the Corporaiion may think fit; Provided thai if no report is received from the Municipal Accounts Committee, the Corporation shall be competent to discuss lhe auditors' reporls under seclion I6I for such decision as il ihinks fit. (3) The Corporation shall puhlish the auditors' reports under section 161 together wilh llic rcporL of lhe Municipal Accounts Commiliee. if any. and ihe decision of lhe Corporaiion lliereon in accordance wilh such rules as the Stale Governmeni may prescribe.
