(I) The Chief Municipal Auditor shall— (a) rcpori to the Municipal Commissioner ;iny material impropriety or irregularity which he mny at any time observe in the accounls of ihe receipts and expenditure nf the _ Corporation; (b) furnish lo lhe Municipal Commissioner such information as lie may from time lo lime require concerning the progress of audit. (2) As soon as may be after the commencemenl ofcach year ihe Chief Municipal Auditor shall deliver to lhe Municipal Commissioner a report oflhc 'entire accounts of lhe Corporaiion for lhe previous year. (3) The Municipal Secretary shall cause the report as aforesaid lo he printed and shall forward as soon as may be a printed copy thereof to each member of lite Corporation. (4) The Municipal Commissioner shall forward without delay lo the Stale Government as many copics of the rcpori as may be required by the State Government wilh a brief statement of the action, if any, taken or proposed lo he taken thereon.
