(1) The Corporation shall, on or before the 22nd day uCMarch in roipofai[onC C11C'1 ycar- 8^°Pc f°r ensuing year a budgel estimate which shall be lhe estimate of the receipts and the expenditure of the Corporalion to be received and incurred on account oflhe municipal government of '[Kolkaia], 'Set3 1'ooi-nnic 2 on page 573, a me. (2) The budget cslimale shall separately sV.ile the income and the expenditure of lhc Corporation to be received and incurred in terms of the following accounts:—- (a) the Water-supply, Sewerage and Drainage Account. (b) the Road Development and Maintenance Account. (c) the Ihistec Service Account, (d) the Commercial Projects Accoun), and (e) the General Account. (3) The budget estimate shall state the rales al which various taxes, surcharges, cesses and Tees shall be levied by the Corporation in the year nexi following. (4) The budget estimate shall siate the amount of money to be raised as loan during die year next following. 15) The Mayor shall present lhc budget cslimale lo the Corporation on lhc 15ili day of February in each year or as soon thereafter as possible. (6) The budget estimate shall he prepared, presented and adopted in such form and in such manner, and shall provide for such matters, as may he prescribed.
