{1) Thfcre shall be placed lo the credil of the Municipal Fund in WaUir-supply, lhe Water-supply, Sewerage and Drainage Account— Dmbagc ^ (a) an amount equal to thirty per cent, of the amount realised on Accouni. accouni oT the 2[properiy lax] imposed under seciion 171 other than the amount realised from btisiecs; " (b) lhe money realised by ihe Corporalion under the provisions of Chapter XVII. Chapter XVIII and Chapter XIX; (c) such sum as may be transferred in each year by lhe Corporalion from the General Accouni; and (d) lhe amount received from lhc Stale Government under subsection (2). (2) The Stale Government shall in each year give to the Corporation an amount equal to the sum transferred by the Corporation to the Water-supply, Sewerage anil Drain age'Account under clausc (c) of sub- scclion (I). Such amount shall ittdudc any money given by lhe Siaic Government to the Corporation as subvention for a specific purpose or given lowurds the payment or salaries and allowances, if any, of the officers and employees of the Corporation referred to in scclion 14 and section 17 in so far as their work relates to water-supply, sewerage and drainage. (3) The money credited to lhe Muncipal Fund in lhe Waicr-supply, Sewerage and Drainage Account shall, subject lo lhe regulaiions made in this behalf, he applied for lhe purposes or water-supply, sewerage and drainage.
