The Stale Government may al any lime require any municipal authority— (a) io produce any record, correspondence, plan or olher documents, (b) [« furnish any return, plan, estimate, statement, accounts or statistics, and (e) to furnish or obtain any report, and thereupon such authority shall comply with such requirement.
