(J) No act or proceeding of lhe Corporation or any committee of lhe Corporaiion under lhis Act shall be called in question merely on the ground of— (a) the existence of any vacancy in, orany defect i n the constitu Lion of, the Corporation or any committee of lhe Corporation, or (b) any member of the Corporation having voled or taken part in any proceedings in contravention of lhe provisions or section 101, or (c) any defect or irregularity not affecting the merit of any case to which such defects or irregularity relates.
