(1) Every meeting shall be open to the public, unless a majority of the members of the Corporation present al the meeting dccide by a resolution, which shall be put by lhc Presiding Officer cilher on his own motion ar at lhe request of any such member without previous discussion, that any enquiry or deliberation pending before Lhc Corporation shall be held in private. . (2) The Corporation may make regulations providing rortheadmission of strangers to iis meeting and Tor the removal by force, i f necessary, orany stranger for interrupting or disturbing Lhe proceedings of the meeting.
