(1) A Councillor * * may give lo the Municipal Secretary a L1X of 1980.] (Part II.—Constitution and Government.—Chapter VI.—Conduct of Business.—A, Transaction of Business by the Corporation.— Sections 103-105.) and if any contract is made or is proposed to be made with such company or Finn or person, such nolicc shall, unless and unlil il is withdrawn, be deemed to be a sufficient disclosure of his interest in such contract or proposed contract which may be the subject of consideration at a meeting of lhe Corporation after the date of thci notice.
