The Authority may, if necessary, make its drains to cation of communicate with, or empty themselves into, any public drain, I Authority's drains lake, stream, canal or water-course outside the District, and in with so doing it may exercise throughout the line of country outside detine, the District, through which the said drains are to run, all the lakes beyo,nd etc., powers which it might exercise under this Act if the said drains the were to run entirely in the District.
