(1) The Authority shall construct and maintain drains Authority and sewers and provide a safe and sufficient outfall, in or out- to provide nage, side the District, for effectual drainage and proper discharge of sewsrage storm water and sewage of the District. and (2) If the outfall deteriorates by the decay of existing river °abra channels or otherwise, the State Government may require the Authority to take at its cost such action as may be necessary to ensure a safe and sufficient outfall.
