(1) All the members of the teaching and non-teaching staff of the Faculty of Agriculture of the Kalyani University shall, with effect from the appointed day, be transferred to the Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswa Vidyalaya. (2) With regard to any employee of the Kalyani University other than those mentioned in sub-section (1) the State Government Advisory Committee.
