For aiding and advising the State Government for giving effect to the provisions of this Chapter, the State Government may constitute a Committee consisting of the following persons, namely :— (1) Vice-Chancellor, Kalyani University, (2) Vice-Chancellor, Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswa Vidyalaya, (3) Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Community Development, (4) Secretary, Department of Education, (5) Secretary, Department ofAnimal Husbandry and Veterinary Services.
