(1) In consultation with the appropriate officers of the Co-ordination University, the Vice-Chancellor shall take such steps as may be of functions. necessary for the full co-ordination of teaching, research and extension activities of the University. (2) The University shall carry out its programme of research and extension education keeping in view the needs of the State and shall provide the appropriate technical support and consultative advice to the State Government in its activities in agricultural development.
