Anything continued, any order or award made, any proceedings in execution taken or anything whatsoever done under the West Bengal Bargadars Ordinance, 1956, shall upon the said Ordinance ceasing to operate, be deemed to have been continued, taken or done under this Act as if this Act had come into force on the 22nd day of June, 1956.
