THE WEST BENGAL BARGADARS ACT, 1956. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 30th July, 1956.] [30th July, 1956.] An Act to make provisions for awards and orders made before the 31st day of March, 1956, by Bhag Chas Conciliation, Boards. WHEREAS it is expedient to make provisions for awards and orders made before the 31st day of March, 1956, by Bhag Chas Conciliation Boards under the West Bengal Bargadars Act, 1950; It is hereby enacted in the Seventh Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows :-
