From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal, (1) sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of Schedule I amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees ten thousand seven hundred thirty- four crore one lakh eighty-four thousand eight hundred and thirty-seven, (2) sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of Schedule II amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees four thousand seven hundred sixty- seven crore fourteen lakh twelve thousand two hundred and fifty-eight, (3) sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of Schedule III amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees two hundred sixty crore sixty- four lakh fourty-seven thousand two hundred and eighteen, are authorised for payment and application towards defraying the several charges which are incurred during— (i) the year ending on the thirty-fast day of March, 2004, (ii) the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2005, and (iii) the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2006, respectively, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of each such Schedule and which were in excess of the amounts granted for the services and purposes of the respective year.
