This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation (Excess Expenditure, 2003-04, 2004-05 and 2005-06) Act, 2012. 2 THE KOLKATA GAZETTE, EXTRAORDINARY, MAY 29, 2012 [PART HI Issue of Rs. 10734,01,84,837, Rs. 4767,14,12,258, and Rs. 260,64,47,218 out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal respectively, for the services and purposes of the year 2003-2004, the year 2004- 2005 and the year 2005-2006.
