The sums authorised for payment and application from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this Act shall be deemed to have been respectively appro- priated for the services and purposes expressed in Schedules I, II, III and IV in relation to the year ending on the thirty- first day of March, 1956. the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1957, the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1958 and the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1959.
