From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal,— sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of Schedule I amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees forty-five lakhs, fort---four thousand, six hundred and ninety-eight, (2) sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of Schedule II amounting in the aggregate to the Stith of rupees eleven lakhs, thirty-one thousand, nine hundred and seventy-four, Price—Indian. 12 nP. ; English, 3d. (0 Short title Issue of Rs. 45,44.898, Rs. 11,31,974, Rs. 13,71,212 and Bs. 2,74,20,324 out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal respec- tively for the services and purposes of the year 1955-58, the year 1958-57, the year 1957-58 and the year 1958-59. 2 The West Bengal Appropriation (Excess Expenditure, 1955-56, 1956-57, 1957-58 and 1958-59) Act, 1963. [West Ben. Act (Section 3.) (3) sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of Schedule III amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees thirteen lakhs, seventy-one thousand, two hundred and twelve, and (4) sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of Schedule IV amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees two crores, seventy-four lakhs., twenty thousand, three hundred and twenty-four, are authorised for payment and application towards defray- ing the several charges which were incurred during— (i) the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1956, (ii) the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1957, (iii) the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1958, and (iv) the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1959, respectively in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of each such Schedule and which were in excess of the amounts granted for the services and purposes of the respective year.
