The sums authorized for payment and application from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this Act shall be deemed to have been respectively appro- priated for the services and purposes expressed in Schedules I, II and III, in relation to the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1953, the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1954 and the year enel'ur on the thirty-first day of March, 1955.
