[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 14th June, 1960.1 [14th June, 1960.] An Act to, regularise payment and appropriation of certain further sums front and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1953, the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1954 and the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1955. It is hereby enacted in the Eleventh Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:-
