The State Government may, with the previous add to the approval of the Central Government, by order notified in First the Official Gazette, add to the First Schedule any other Schedule. article of daily use, and thereupon that Schedule shall be deemed to be amended accordingly and the article so added shall be deemed to be a scheduled article within the meaning of this Act.
