Any dispute or difference arising between licensees or user in respect of matters specified in sub-section (2) of section 35 may be referred to the Commission for arbitration. The Commission may proceed to act as Arbitrator or nominate an Arbitrator to adjudicate and settle the dispute. The Arbitrator shall follow the Procedure as Laid down in Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
