It shall also be the duty and power of the President - (a) unless provided otherwise by this Act or prevented by reasonable cause- (i) to convene and preside at all meetings of the [Municipality]3; (ii) [***]1 (iii) otherwise to control in accordance with any regulation made in this behalf the transaction of business at all meetings of the [Municipality]3; (b) to watch over the financial and superintendent the executive administration of the [Municipality]3 and bring to the notice of the [Municipality]3 any defect therein; and (c) to perform such other duties as are required of, or imposed on him by or under this or any other Act.
