(1) [The Board]3 may remove a member, Chairman or Vice- Chairman of the Committee, where it is of the opinion that he- (a) has been guilty of misconduct or gross negligence of duly as such member, Chairman or Vice-Chairman; or 1- Ss, 26-A to 26-X inserted by 8. 18 of president Act no. 13 of 1973 as re enacted by U.P. Act no. 30 of 1974. 2- Subs. by section 19(a) and 19(b) ibid. 3- Subs by section 20 ibid.
